Bosque Systems is a diversified water management company serving the oil and natural gas industry. Bosque provides its services to and has contracts in place with the largest oil and natural gas well operators. We currently have operations in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arkansas, and North Dakota.

Charro Energy

Charro Energy started as an energy based consulting company within the heart of the Barnett Shale in central Texas. Soon learning that business processes can be improved across all industries, the company shifted focus to Business Development Consulting maintaining a target of growing customer profitability.

Red Stag Logistics

Red Stag is a professional milk hauling/trucking company based out of Cresson, Texas. Although starting up as a crude oil hauling company, management strategically pivoted out of the venture when oil and gas prices dropped. In September 2014, Red Stag started 3 trucks hauling full tankers of milk to major plants such as Borden, Oak Farms, Schepps, Daisy Brand, Dean Foods and Blue Bell. In May 2015, Red Stag expanded via a yard acquisition in Portales, New Mexico taking milk directly from the dairies and delivering all across the Southwest region of the United States. Since 2015, another yard in Tribune, Kansas was acquired, and Red Stag now provides services nationwide running over 150 trucks coast-to-coast and everywhere in-between.

TRCC is currently raising $25,000,000 in capital through an intrastate public stock offering registered with the Texas State Securities Board. The offering is available to Texas residents only.  The company has been formed for the purpose of creating and funding Texas’s newest life insurance company, Texas Republic Life Insurance Company (TRLIC).

Three Star LLC is a hauling company meeting a variety of transportation needs. Founded in 2002, Three Star LLC began as a produced water hauling company within the oil and gas industry servicing producing operators by transporting their water to saltwater disposal wells throughout the Barnett Shale. Recently, Three Star LLC has diversified their services by pulling oil loads to rail cars, filtering, and offloading as well as offering flatbed hauling statewide.
